XX Jumbo Scallops (dry)

(dry) – Large, succulent, and full of fresh flavor! Scallops have a delicate and mildly sweet flavor. They are wonderful in a hot skillet, seasoned with salt and pepper and finished with a dry white wine, butter and lemon. Scallops are an affordable way to serve up a “surf & turf” dinner! Our scallops are dry and have not been treated with STPP solutions or added moisture. You will certainly taste the difference.
